You can order our products through the following methods below.
On-line through our Oko Loco website
• Oko Loco offers a fully secure on-line shopping experience.
• All orders will be processed within 24h from being received by our staff.
• If you have any comments or complaints please let us know.
By E-mail

• Please make sure you indicate product reference, sizes, quantity, as well as your personal information for processing your order.
Delivery In Singapore (Local Deliveries)
Orders below $250.00 - Delivery Charges: $10.00
Orders $250.00 and above - No Delivery Charge
Note:
• All orders must have been paid in full before delivery can be processed.
• For orders placed requiring payment on delivery, the courier company will collect your cheque at the time of delivery.
International Deliveries
You can choose to have your order shipped internationally via Singapore Post - very reliable and certainly the most cost effective way to send items internationally - or via any international courier service. Please let us know your preference when you order from us and we will add the shipping cost to your order.

Payment
On-Line Payment
For payments on-line we accept all major credit cards - Visa and Mastercard. Such on-line payments are processed using PayPal.

Direct Credit
For orders sent by fax or e-mail, payment can be done by direct credit to our bank account. For such payment mode please send us your order first. Once your order is processed we will send you a confirmation number. Use the following details to credit our company account and please indicate your confirmation number in your bank instruction.

Personal Cheques
For local deliveries only, cheques must be crossed and made payable to "Oko Loco". Personal cheques will be collected by the delivery person (cash will not be accepted).

All prices used in this website are in Singapore Dollars (S$) unless otherwise stated.
Exchange Policy
Please note that the packaging of the individual bags is made of compostable material and is therefore fragile - see http://okoloco.com/faq. When opening a carton some bags may be found split or may split open when pulled out of the carton. This does not however affect the diapers whatsoever.
Exchange Policy: there is no exchange for promotional items, or for individual bags. Exchange is allowed only for unopened cartons (conditions apply, additional charges may apply).
Return of items purchased is currently not allowed.
